- Delivery time
- Pochon.nl strives to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM or during the weekend will be shipped the next business day.
- Please note that delivery time may vary depending on product availability and delivery service.
- Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are between €6 and €40. The exact shipping costs will be visible at checkout.
- Delivery and tracking
- We use reliable delivery services (PostNL & DPD) to deliver your order to the address you specified.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment.
- Delays and problems with delivery
- Although we do our best to deliver your order in a timely manner, situations may arise that result in delays beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via��info@pochon.nl. We will do our utmost to solve the problem and deliver your order to you as soon as possible.
